AgentesDeVoz.ai is operated by aiBlue Technologies ("aiBlue"), headquartered in São José dos Campos, SP, Brazil. aiBlue is the controller of personal data processed on this website and in the Voice Studio™ platform.

2. Data we process

• Account data: name, email, company and access credentials.
• Configuration data: business information you provide to generate brains (sector, offers, policies, knowledge bases).
• Usage data: access logs, simulations run, versions generated and preferences.
• Cookies: essential cookies, and audience-measurement cookies subject to consent.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to: provide the contracted service (performance of contract — GDPR art. 6(1)(b); LGPD art. 7, V); improve and secure the platform (legitimate interest — GDPR art. 6(1)(f); LGPD art. 7, IX); send product and marketing communications (consent — GDPR art. 6(1)(a); LGPD art. 7, I); and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors required to deliver the service (hosting, payment processing) and, at your instruction, with the delivery platforms you connect (e.g., ElevenLabs, Vapi, Retell, Twilio). Those platforms process data under their own terms.

5. International transfers

Some processors may be located outside Brazil or the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes of this policy, the performance of the contract and applicable legal periods. Brains, versions and configurations can be deleted by you at any time in the platform.

7. Your rights
