Terms of Use

1. The service

AgentesDeVoz.ai provides the brain, governance, testing and versioning layer for voice agents: generation of governed cognitive architecture (BRAIN™), simulations, scores and versioning (Voice Studio™), plus managed services (Built by aiBlue™). The service does not host calls and does not provide telephony, numbers or voices.

2. Third-party platforms

The delivery platforms you connect (e.g., ElevenLabs, Vapi, Retell, Twilio) are contracted and paid by you directly, under their own terms, unless you expressly contract account management (Managed Voice Ops) with aiBlue.

3. Early Access

Features marked as Early Access are provided "as is", may change without notice and may have limited availability.

4. Account and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, for safeguarding credentials, and for using the service in compliance with the law, including your industry rules and the data-protection rules applicable to your own end-customer operations.

5. Plans and payment

Voice Studio™ plans are billed as monthly subscriptions at the prices published on the pricing page. Built by aiBlue™ projects have scope, setup and retainer defined in a specific proposal. Applicable taxes may be added.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to generate agents that mislead consumers about their automated nature where the law requires identification, or to infringe third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property

The business content you provide and the brains generated from it belong to you. The platform, aiBlue Core™, BRAIN™, sector packs, the simulation harness and other underlying technology belong to aiBlue.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiBlue is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages or business decisions made based on the service's outputs. Scores and simulations are evaluation instruments, not performance guarantees.

9. Term and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current cycle. aiBlue may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São José dos Campos, SP, shall have jurisdiction, except where protective legal provisions state otherwise.
